This Privacy Policy explains how VISHU ENTERPRISE ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Contact G – Calls & Contacts mobile application (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to the practices described here.

In short: Contact G works as your phone dialer and contacts app. The contacts and call information the App uses to place calls and show caller details are read and used on your device to provide those features. We do not sell your personal information. We use a limited set of trusted services to run, improve, and support the App, described below.

1. Information we access and process

To function as a dialer and contacts app, Contact G requests the permissions below. Contacts, call log and phone-state information are used on your device to deliver calling features; this information is not uploaded to our own servers.

Information you provide

2. Information collected automatically

When you use the App, the services in Section 3 may automatically collect technical and usage information such as: a device advertising identifier, app and device identifiers, device model, operating-system version, language and region, app version, in-app events and screen views, approximate (non-precise) location derived from IP address, and diagnostic/crash data. This information is used to operate, secure, measure and improve the App and to support advertising.

3. Services we use (third parties)

We use the following trusted third-party services. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob and mediation partners

The App displays advertising served through Google AdMob, which may use mediation to source ads from partner networks including Meta Audience Network, Pangle, Mintegral and Unity Ads. These services may use device and advertising identifiers and usage data to select and measure ads. See:

Google Firebase

Firebase is provided by Google: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Google Play services

In-app review and in-app update features are provided by Google Play. See Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising and your choices

Ads may be personalised based on a device advertising identifier. You can limit or reset this at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (or "Delete/Reset advertising ID"). You may also opt out of personalised advertising where offered by the services above.

5. Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App presents a consent request (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before serving personalised ads, in line with the GDPR and applicable rules. You may change or withdraw your consent from within the App where this choice is offered.

6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA and similar)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. Residents of California and similar jurisdictions may request disclosure of, and deletion of, personal information and may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any right, contact us at the address in Section 11.

7. Data retention

Contacts, call-log and note information used by the App remains on your device and is not retained on our servers. Information processed by the third-party services in Section 3 is retained according to their respective policies. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to assist you.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
